I hope you make out with someone on New Years and it's awesome. (and hopefully it won't be in a McDonald's, but hey if you do, then go on with your bad self)
Happy Birthday to one of my good friends, Marisa, who is an avid CC&Q reader and full supporter of my shopping habits. That's what good friends are for.
This video is adorbs and funny at the same time. My heart breaks each time they fall but then I end up laughing cuz it's so hilarious at the same time. Aww they are so precious.
"Charlie and spike are two kittens with myotonia congenita, otherwise known as 'fainting goat' syndrome. at the slightest sound or movement, the kittens respond by collapsing and falling into a rigid paralysis which lasts about a minute before they return to normal. If a pin drops they drop too. This condition has hardly ever before been diagnosed in a cat, is rarely found in dogs and is more common in goats. The kittens are able to walk, but they cannot run or jump. aside from this they are normal."
This girl is like the Anna Kournikova of ping pong. She kicks ass and looks fierce while doing it. Check the :20 mark to see the amazement on Susan Sarandon's face.
PONG We just got a ping pong table at work and needless to say we have all been playing to release stress. You have to watch this video of these adorable ping pong geniuses.
So supposedly when you layer all the 2010 covers of Vogue the result comes out to the Virgin Mary. See for yourself and let me know what you think. Maybe because it's near Jesus's birthday everyone wants to be on the good list... Vogue USA
There's something about little girls and their love for ballet. I was obsessed with ballet when I was little. I took class several times a week until I had to make the decision between ballet and tennis. I was about to start training for point. I chose tennis. My dad was happy that he would get one of his two daughters to play sports. http://www.flickr.com/photos/jwlphotography/
I need these in my life for the rainy season. And for some reason Mother Nature decided LA needs the rain more than any other place. Why don't you just give some rain to the Mojave. They look like they need it more than us. http://lefashionimage.blogspot.com/2010/10/rain.html
His place looks like a museum of pop art and come to think of it doesn't even really look like a home. But I do like the ball of Murakami and his view. Baaaawwwwwlinnn. via The Selby
Like are you serious??? Knowing how I sleep, I would roll right out of bed and fall straight to my death, but not without falling into a tree and bouncing off the cliff below.
I don't know about you Elle Aye people but I am already tired of this rain. Last time I checked, I didn't live in Seattle. I already can't wait for summer. And once it comes I will want to take a road trip up the coast in this little baby. With flowers in my hair. Going to San Francisco.
Putting my major to some use, I love these interactive maps that the New York Times came out with. You can enter your city and choose to see the racial distribution, education to income for the years 2005-2009. It's put together brilliantly and efficiently (which I appreciate). Definitely try it out and check out your town, your hometown, and your boss's town.
Below is the map of Santa Monica with the racial distribution of mostly white people. You see that red dot in the middle? Yeah that's Pad Fierce, accounting for me, the roommate and Kurt. Bringing the diversity to the west side one dot at a time. Ny Times: Mapping America
I love Barcelona. This overview picture is so great and I love the layout of the city. It's so efficient and you can even tell where La Sagrada Familia is.
